Here’s a quick rundown of some of the words you’ll come across when it comes to Health & Medical Law. Some of these words are only ever used in legal documents and solicitor’s offices (some, quite frankly, sound a bit medical).
Tort Law
Deals with situations where a person’s behavior has unfairly caused someone else to suffer loss.
Cerebral palsy
An illness of the brain and nervous system.
